HOUSTON, TX – A 19-year-old male is in serious condition after being stabbed multiple times during a dispute at an apartment complex on Aldine Mail Route, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).

Authorities responded to the scene at 4820 Aldine Mail Rd after reports of a disturbance between neighbors. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the teenage victim with multiple stab wounds. The alleged attacker, a 13-year-old girl, was detained at the scene.
Emergency personnel transported the victim to a local hospital, where he remains in serious condition. The circumstances surrounding the altercation remain under investigation, and law enforcement has not yet disclosed what led to the violent encounter.
HCSO officials are working to determine if any additional charges will be filed. Further details, including whether the individuals involved had prior conflicts, have not yet been released.

UPDATE – 3.2.25 (9:06PM) – Authorities have charged the 13-year-old girl involved in the Aldine Mail Route stabbing with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and she has been booked into the Harris County Juvenile Probation Center. Her mother, Estela Martinez (7-27-81), was also arrested and charged with Tampering with Evidence, now in custody at the Harris County Jail. Meanwhile, the 19-year-old victim remains hospitalized in serious but fair condition as the investigation continues.

Update: Teen and Mother Charged in Aldine Mail Route Stabbing
A 13-year-old girl involved in today’s stabbing at 4820 Aldine Mail Route has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Probation Center, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
The suspect’s mother, Estela Martinez (DOB: 7-27-81), has also been charged with Tampering with Evidence and is now in the Harris County Jail.
The 19-year-old victim remains hospitalized in serious but fair condition as the investigation continues.
