HOUSTON, TX – An 18-year-old male was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting late Wednesday night at the Summit at North MacGregor Arms, located at 3533 N MacGregor Way in Houston’s Third Ward.
According to Houston police, the teen had just returned home and was backing his Suburban into a parking space when the shooting occurred. He was struck by gunfire through the closed driver-side window. Witnesses inside the apartment complex reported hearing approximately 10 gunshots. The victim was found deceased in the vehicle.
A black-colored vehicle was seen fleeing the area immediately after the gunfire. No suspect description is currently available, and no arrests have been made. A crime scene has been established, and the investigation remains ongoing.
