Courage is not the absence of fear, it is the ability to do something while being afraid.

🌏 Facing your fears can feel daunting, but the more you face them, the easier it becomes. Start with small actions that lead to bigger exposures and desensitization. 

🔑 The key is to allow your body to FEEL the symptoms of fear (fast heart rate, sweating, tense muscles, trembling), and remind yourself to take deep breaths.

🌡 Remember fear is only a chemical reaction in your brain, over time, your body will release lower amounts of adrenaline and the reaction will become a minor sensation you won’t even notice, you may even look forward to what you previously feared!
