Facing your fears can feel daunting, but the more you face them, the easier it becomes. Start with small actions that lead to bigger exposures and desensitization.
The key is to allow your body to FEEL the symptoms of fear (fast heart rate, sweating, tense muscles, trembling), and remind yourself to take deep breaths.
Remember fear is only a chemical reaction in your brain, over time, your body will release lower amounts of adrenaline and the reaction will become a minor sensation you won’t even notice, you may even look forward to what you previously feared!
