A serious crash involving a motorcycle and an SUV occurred in the 11700 block of TC Jester Boulevard.
According to preliminary information, the SUV had become disabled in the roadway. The driver was standing outside the disabled vehicle when the motorcycle struck the rear of the SUV.
A Precinct 4 captain confirmed that the motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and is currently undergoing surgery. Officials are awaiting further updates on the rider’s condition.
TRAFFIC ALERT: Northbound TC Jester Boulevard between Gears Road and Spears Road is currently shut down as the investigation continues. Drivers are urged to seek alternate routes and expect significant delays in the area.
